I'm tired of customers getting mad at me for having to cancel oil change appt's.
Therefore I will now only change oil on Thurs nights and Saturday.
If your dropping the vehicle off this does not apply to you. Only customers requesting to wait for their car.
-I am sorry but i am not able to be a "quick service facility" I can when i'm slow, but not when i'm busy.
Customers get mad at me and I am only one person.....
